The Premium Protection Plan, which extends the manufacturer’s warranty by one year, will be honored at WIRELESSWAVE and Tbooth wireless. Should your device need servicing under the terms and conditions of the Plan, simply bring the device and receipt for your Protection Plan purchase to the nearest WIRELESSWAVE or Tbooth wireless location.
If no claims are made under the Protection Plan during the warranty period, the purchase price paid for the Plan (as indicated on the receipt) may be applied as an in-store credit at WIRELESSWAVE and Tbooth wireless towards your accessory or handset purchase (select carriers), within six (6) months of the expiry of the warranty period. Please refer to the Premium Protection Plan brochure provided at the time of purchase for full Terms & Conditions. You will need to present the receipt for your Protection Plan when visiting WIRELESSWAVE or Tbooth wireless.
Accessories come with a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty so if the product malfunctions within the first year, you will need to contact the manufacturer for servicing. Please have your receipt handy as it includes important information about your purchase.
All devices come with a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty and specific criteria must be met in order to receive servicing under the warranty, including proof of purchase. Please refer to the user manual or manufacturer’s website for full details. If your device malfunctions within the manufacturer’s warranty period you will need to contact the manufacturer for servicing. If you purchased the Premium Protection Plan and the device, please bring your device and proof of purchase to your nearest WIRELESSWAVE or Tbooth wireless location.
Bill credits for hardware upgrades can take up to 3 full billing cycles to be applied to your account. Please allow a minimum of 3 invoices before inquiring with your service provider.

You can request a copy of your receipt by contacting our Guest Services team. You will need to provide your first and last name, mobile number, email address, the product purchased, and location it was purchased from in order to validate the request and email the receipt.
